Dorfman Group Testing

This project is about studying the Dorfman group testing which consists of testing multiple samples at once instead of testing one by one each samples. The goal was to study the way to create groups so that the testing procedure is optimal in terms of number of tests, of number of false positives and negatives. The project is quite theoretical and uses some algorithms. You can find the report here (French only).
